FUEL STORAGE FACILITIES

Calderwood Consulting now offers on site training for Emergency Drills and Pre-Planning for Fires and major emergencies. The training will be done using state-of-the-art computer based modeling of the facility so the team members can practice on responding to emergencies in their facility. Videos and stories of events at other facilities that have been the victim of explosions and fires will also be used. The training can be tailored to handle Helio deck fires, storage tank and pipeline fires and marine terminal and vessel fires.


State Building Code - Fire Protection Narratives:

Under the Massachusetts State Building Code 780 CMR Chapter 9, construction documents shall include a Fire Protection System Narrative that explains all the fire and life safety features of the proposed work that must be submitted to obtain a building permit. Our organization will work with the design professionals and contractors to gather the required information and organize it into an appropriate format.
